Processing Time

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Jozi May Boutique is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Jozi May Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
